This consumer had a Negative experience with Reliant Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC located in Clearwater, FL.

This company did repair our A/C two years ago. Order # **** dated 07.06.2020 Found system totally out freon. Performed leak check found at compressor, solder joints, repaired leak. This year our A/C stopped to work again. On August 22, 2022 technician Mr.David B. came to fix a problem, promised to put 2 pounds of freon gas in to our A/C and did not do it. He asked to sign some statement about his repair , took our money $ 325.87 , check # 1055 . On very next day our A/C stopped working again. We sent a text message to the Reliant company and called them asking to get this job done properly. Technician Mr. Steven came and fix the problem , replaced a part in compressor and replaced thermostat ( we purchased ) and asked to sign, and pay - $ 252.00 check# XXXX XX.26.2022. After two days we have got the same problem. No cool air. A/C NON STOP WORKING and temperature is high up to 88°F. We are american senior citizens . We are 66 years old. We have sever medical problems, diseases. We paid $ 577.87 for nothing. No cool air, A/C is still not working properly. We have been abuse d as elderly people. We are very disappointed and do not understand , what is going on? PLEASE, HELP US. Since 22 of August we are living at extremely hot temperature 88°F inside.

Deceptive practices of assuring that movers would meet insurance requirements by my NYC coop building and sent movers who did not have the policies. They did not grant full refund while I also incurred cancellation fees for the PODS container delivery. Shame on you P and L.

I was in urgent need of a plumber for today, Wednesday, we are renovating our kitchen cabinets and the installer was not able to turn the hot water valve off under the sink it was almost like it was stuck so I called yesterday, Tuesday, and he was able to come by today, which is Wednesday. Erich was very nice, very helpful, explained what he did and a little extra for us, which was very much appreciated, I have already set up an appointment for them to come back next Wednesday to hook up all 3 new sinks. I will be calling Red Cap plumbing again in the future or whenever needed!

This is the third roof they have installed on our rental properties and we wouldn't use anyone else. As always-they are fast, careful and fairly priced. Everyone from the estimator to the crews arrive as scheduled. They treat your time as valuable and don't waste it. And, when the work is completed, they clean up their mess and leave you with a top quality roof.

I think Luis is very thorough and knowledgeable. He arrived at 7:30am but he was told he could come early because they don't normally and completely went over the entire system including a coil clean. Also the cost was super reasonable despite the fact he was there before his normal dispatch time. Call Comfort Pro for anything you need A/C and ducts which he wasn't even asked to look at but did.

Today was my second cleaning with Maid Pros and actually only my second time having a service come to clean my home. Before today I had considered trying another service as a comparison but Patricia M changed my mind. Patricia came alone and was very friendly. I was apprehensive when I only saw one person because 3 came last time. However, she dispelled my apprehension by being extremely thorough and doing a great job. I will be asking for her to come when it is time to clean again.

Last night I had to call for a service call and they were there within an hour. It turned out the drain tube backed up (something I could have taken care of but didn't see the issue), Beadle came out and she took care of the issue, was very kind and courteous. Just as with the install she was very careful to respect my property and not leave any trace of service behind her, cleaning every step of the way. I also had follow up from the on-call staff and am very impressed with the entire operation at Anthony's. So glad they are the company I chose the new install.
