            I did not realize a water heater requires her permit water heater was installed January 10, 2023. Ill call my county Pinellas county and they informed me that a water heater does require permit. I have been calling this company since Friday March Friday, March 1 let them know that the water heater does require permit and per the permit office. The company has to get it done I cant get the permit, every time I keep calling the company back they keep saying the water heating doesnt require permit and I said yes it does county says it does. I said your company installed it you should know if it requires a permit or not so nobodys from the company has returned my call. Ive called Friday. Ive called Monday. Ive called Tuesday .

            Have had 3 issues since summer 23. 1. Had problem with AC unit July 23. Technician determined it to be bad outdoor coil. Coil under warranty but still charged $2500 (only material cost was some refrigerant). 2. During maintenance call in Feb 23, technician did not reattach outlet hose for condensate pump causing water to shoot out of pump in attic 3. During that same call the technician did not attach 3 screws holding air handler cover and the other 4 screws were loose causing massive air loss. I received text from President in July 23 asking for input. I replied with concerns about price and asked him to call. I received no response. For the most recent incidents, I called and asked for someone to call and no one called me back.
